1. We Absolutely Love Hearing From You!
Hey there, and thanks for being part of the GERTV community! We genuinely love reading your comments, hearing your thoughts on our articles, and seeing the conversations that unfold. This is the space where we can all nerd out together about the latest in AI, tech, streaming, and great movies.
To make sure this remains a fun, smart, and welcoming place for everyone, we’ve put together a few simple “house rules” for the comments section.
2. The Simple Rules: Let’s Keep It Clean & Respectful
Think of this as the basic “be a good human” guide. By leaving a comment on GERTV, you agree to stick to these guidelines:
- Be Kind & Respectful. This is our golden rule. It’s totally fine to disagree with an article or another commenter, but please do it respectfully. No personal attacks, insults, bullying, threats, or hate speech will be tolerated. Let’s challenge ideas, not people.
- No Spam, Please. We all dislike spam. Comments that are clearly for self-promotion, irrelevant links, affiliate marketing, or just plain spam will be deleted.
- Keep it Relevant. Try to keep your comments related to the topic of the article you’re commenting on. It helps keep the conversation focused and useful for everyone else reading.
- No Illegal Stuff. This one’s a no-brainer. Please don’t post anything that is unlawful or encourages illegal activities.
- Protect Your Privacy (and Others’). Please don’t share any private or personal information in the comments – not yours, and not anyone else’s. This includes addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, etc.
3. A Heads-Up on Moderation
To keep GERTV a safe and enjoyable place, we do read the comments.
- We reserve the full right to edit or delete any comments that violate these guidelines, without notice. The decision is ours, and it’s final.
- If it’s your first time commenting, your comment might be held for approval before it appears publicly. So if you don’t see your comment right away, don’t worry! We’ll get to it as soon as we can. This helps us fight spam.
4. The Legal Bit (Sorry, We Have To!)
This is just to be clear: you are fully responsible and liable for the content of the comments you post on our site. By posting a comment, you agree that the content is your own and you hold GERTV and all its representatives harmless from any and all repercussions, damages, or liability.
5. Thanks for Being Part of the Conversation!
Phew! Okay, that’s it. Thanks for taking the time to read our policy. We’re not trying to be killjoys, we’re just passionate about creating a fantastic community where everyone feels comfortable sharing their thoughts.
We can’t wait to see what you have to say!
